Support Assistant in Johnston Way

The role of support assistant requires a team approach at all times with effective working relationships for the benefit of the service user.

The successful applicant will assist service users with activities of daily living and facilitate inclusion of service users in a broad range of activities.

They will also support service users with identified personal care and support needs.

Support assistants are required to work flexibly and be available to work unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis.

The college is seeking applications for a lecturer in electrical installation.

The successful candidate will provide quality teaching and learning opportunities within the specific areas outlined in the post in order to maximise the potential of every student and to undertake non-lecturing duties as appropriate.

Participating in the marketing of and recruitment to courses within the subject/programme area, including the interviewing of students, attendance at parents evenings, prize-giving, open days and awards is also expected from the candidate.
