Senior Quantity Surveyor in Charles Brand
The successful candidate will efficiently and effectively provide professional surveying and commercial support to the management team, implementing commercial processes and systems on projects.
They will provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a team, initiate commercial review and risk analysis of potential contracts and review of contract documentation throughout the contract period, compile and ensure that all monthly commercial reporting is accurate and completed to agreed timescales, and much more.

Auditor in NIAO
Due to a planned period of growth the NIAO has permanent opportunities for auditor roles working between 30 and 37 hours per week.
The postholder will report to an Audit Manager who will assign a portfolio of work. This work may cover financial audits and public reporting. The role will include organising your work, preparing and delivering audit plans, audit fieldwork, research and analysis, drafting reports and building and maintaining relationships.
At present the post is working from home. A hybrid working pattern consisting of working from home, at client sites and at headquarters in Belfast is currently being developed.
