As a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory Nurse (Scrub), you will assist the Cardiologists acting as 2nd operator, during diagnostic investigations and procedures carried out in the cardiac catheterisation laboratory. You will also co-ordinate the services provided within the laboratory and associated day unit. The successful candidate (37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday) will actively participate in providing a 7-day service including some extended working day sessions, oncall, and associated duties as required.

IT Network Officer, Belfast Met

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of College network systems to meet College requirements and service level agreements. Working permanent (Permanent, Full-time 36 hours per week) the post holder may be required to work in any of the College’s buildings as necessary. There may a requirement to travel between sites.

Belfast Met IT provides a professional IT support service to 20,000 students and 1,000 staff across 4 main sites in Belfast. Staff maintain and support 2000 PCs, 1800 laptops, 500 tablets, 232 printers, 150 Data projectors and 180 Interactive Touch Panels. They also manage the network across the four main campuses, providing Wide Area connectivity between each campus with Wi-Fi access for all students and staff and high-speed connections to the Internet.
