Warranty Controller

Do you thrive on delivering great service to customers?

Can you demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail?

The ideal person will have:

• A good working knowledge of computer packages including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

And if possible (but not essential) have:

• Experience of using Kerridge / CDK / Drive / Autoline Computer System.
• Experience within a franchised dealer environment.
• Warranty and Costing Administration experience within a franchised dealer.
