The post holders will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and comprehensive information and welcome service including but not limited to, handling enquiries, clerical, administrative and cashier duties where appropriate.  The post will have a primary location at either Cockle Row Cottages, Groomsport, Exploris, Portaferry or The Moat, Donaghadee, but may also involve working at other centres in Bangor, Newtownards, other parts of the Borough and occasionally elsewhere.

Please note:

  • This is a temporary, part-time post
  • There are a variety of working hours and locations available throughout the Borough detailed on the job description
  • Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire
  • All correspondence in relation to the job vacancy will be completed by email and phone. Therefore, it is important that applicants ensure a valid e-mail address and mobile number are provided and entered accurately when filling out the application form.
