Vending Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Vending Administrator to join our vending team located in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
- 25 Hours per Week.
- Monday to Friday
- 9am – 2pm

The Role: (see full description in attched document)
- Weekly review and processing of sales reports
- The Processing of goods delivered and the dispatch of wholesale orders
- Monitoring of Service calls and the processing of completed jobs
- Weekly review of Health and Safety compliance documentation
- Identify and implement added value business initiatives to the Company
- Review all operational issues with the Vending Management Team
- Providing advice and guidance for all staff with regards to day-to-day operational issues relating to cash and invoice controls
