The Role
Customer Success is about being proactive, driving customer value from the Stroll product and driving revenue through creation of long-term client relationships.
We know that getting a customer to come onboard with Stroll is only the beginning in us winning their hearts. This means that as a business we are proactive in creating positive engagements with our customers, across multiple different channels and touchpoints.
As a Trainee Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers by handling a variety of enquiries.  You have a people focused mindset, with the best interests of our customers at the forefront of everything you do. Empathy is key and by listening to our customers you seek to understand their perspective.  We walk in our customers’ shoes, and we will train you to come on that journey with us.
Being a Trainee Customer Success Associate means that you enjoy engaging with customers and working as part of a team.  Strong communication and organisational skills will go a long way in this role.
We’re in a regulated industry, so there will be training, and professional development plans put in place to support you in developing your knowledge of the insurer and regulatory landscape.
