Telemarketing Executive –Poland- (Job Ref:23I/POLK)
Randox has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results orientated individual to join a global leader in the provision of medical diagnostics. The role will include assisting the international sales team with customer development and market knowledge that will be gained through extensive research.
- To support the sales team in lead generation and customer development.
- To focus on market mapping and focused selling activities. Ultimately to increase opportunities and sales growth.
- Extensive research into the markets and gaining knowledge for potential/new customers.
- Work towards and track sales/KPI performance throughout the month and analyse performance against targets.
- Develop a high level of product knowledge to be able to confidently support customers with relevant information.
- Generate leads, close business and hit targets.
- Communicate customer questions and feedback to the team.
- This position will be covering both Portugal and Brazil.
- Aptitude and confidence in conversing with decision makers.
- Ability to pose relevant and insightful questions.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
