Telemarketing Executive –Poland- (Job Ref:23I/POLK)

Randox has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results orientated individual to join a global leader in the provision of medical diagnostics. The role will include assisting the international sales team with customer development and market knowledge that will be gained through extensive research.

The Role:

• To support the sales team in lead generation and customer development.
• To focus on market mapping and focused selling activities. Ultimately to increase opportunities and sales growth.
• Extensive research into the markets and gaining knowledge for potential/new customers.
• Work towards and track sales/KPI performance throughout the month and analyse performance against targets.
• Develop a high level of product knowledge to be able to confidently support customers with relevant information.
• Generate leads, close business and hit targets.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to the team.
• This position will be covering both Portugal and Brazil.

The Candidate:
Essential:

• Aptitude and confidence in conversing with decision makers.
• Ability to pose relevant and insightful questions.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
