Technical Services Engineer Level 3 Hosting

This role covers the management, maintenance and support of all Infrastructure Hosting responsibilities within the CUH account. At this role level, employees will be expected to deliver against a set of responsibilities as agreed with Technical Services Colleagues. The successful candidate will have good general troubleshooting skills. While employees at this level will receive instruction or assistance in technical areas as required to extend and grow their experience, they will be expected to work independently and use their own initiative. They will be fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the company.
