SUPPORT WORKERS

Do you have 6 Months’ experience (paid or voluntary) of supporting people in a caring role and a full current driving license with access to a car? 

MACS Supported Housing Services support young people aged 16-25 to build the skills and confidence to maintain their own homes through support planning ongoing assessment / review and keeping safe were appropriate.
​​​​Support Workers provide an accessible point of contact at night and weekends to promote the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS and help them to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes.
Posts Available: Full Time, Permanent posts (in Belfast, Downpatrick and Lisburn).

PLEASE NOTE: These roles are predominantly Waking Night shifts.
           
Salary: £21,189 per annum
Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 24 shifts annual leave (including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible and remote working options available.
