JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible to the Strategic Asset & Investment Manager to provide specialist development and regeneration input to enable the development and delivery of land and property initiatives that contribute to Councils strategic objectives.
Undertake site assessment and work with internal and external partners to bring forward development opportunities that maximise use of assets.
Provide support and project management function for land assembly, development briefs, land transactions and the delivery of complex development projects.
