ServiceNow Architect
Advise the client on the solution architecture options based on ServiceNow capabilities, including the impact of new technologies on their existing infrastructure and application. Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs relating to ServiceNow and performing pre-engagement needs analysis. Responsible for understanding the client’s business needs and clearly translating these into a ServiceNow design and HLD for the successful delivery of the Project team. Assist the Pre-Sales lead with SoW scoping and definition based on the agreed customer needs and expected outcomes. Provide technical expertise and support to both customers and Telefonica Tech Pre-Sales/Account Management.
