Tourism Northern Ireland (TNI) uses insightful data and intelligence to inform both strategic and tactical marketing, planning, policy development and industry support and leadership. Tourism NI’s Insights and Intelligence Service (IIS) provides internal and external stakeholders with timely, robust and relevant research, intelligence and information from a wide range of sources, including real-time data, to support the growth of the NI tourism industry. Insights and intelligence lie at the heart of decision making and therefore play a critical role in supporting the role of Tourism NI and the tourism industry.
