Sales Executive
The successful applicant will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Randox products throughout a wide range of industries and to contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining a wide and varied customer network to include end-user laboratory customers and distributors alike. This role should be primarily focused on new business demand generation for our products in the region.
This position is home based; however, travel will be required within the region and potentially further afield.
The Role:
- Development of business interests in a hugely diverse sales territory in line with targets tied to the corporate growth plan.
- Manage distributors in the territory and push for sales growth.
- Managing key relations with our current customers.
- Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales.
- Building up in-depth knowledge of Randox and competitor products, notable QC products.
- Identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales.
- Handling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attending conferences and assisting in the organisation of Randox led Roadshows.
The Candidate:
Essential:
- At least a Bachelor level degree in Business or a Life Science related discipline.
- Fluency in English and Russian / Uzbek (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively and internationally.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to work to strict timeframes and meet deadlines.
- A valid driving licence.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar (sales, customer orientated) role would be beneficial.
