Room Leader-Greendale Day Nursery

We wish to recruit a Room Leader for our Greendale Day Nursery in Glengormley, working 36 hours per week, across 4 days. As a Room Leader you must have the necessary skills and experience it takes to lead a team. Your duties will include managing the activities in the room in line with current curriculum standards and all aspects of childcare.

Essential Criteria

• Applicants must hold NVQ level 3, CACHE diploma or equivalent along with extensive experience in a day nursery.  ​​​​​​​
• Extensive experience within a childcare setting.
• Ability to lead a team.
• People management skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with external contacts, parents, and children.
