Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
Woodside Logistics Group has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Team. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you will work closely with management and group divisions to provide a comprehensive service for all recruitment needs and requirements.
Proactively source suitable candidates for active vacancies.
Co-ordinate drafting of job ads to attract suitable candidates (on various job boards, social media etc).
Manage and track vacancies via the applicant tracking system
Be the first point-of-contact for candidates regarding any queries they have.
Carefully review applicants, shortlist, and identify the most suitable candidates for each role.
Communicate effectively with Managers providing regular updates on their recruitment campaigns.
Arrange and conduct interviews.
Contact new employees, manage job offers, prepare inductions, and assist with the onboarding process.
Close out recruitment campaigns and acknowledge candidates that were unsuccessful.
Attend job fairs and careers events when required.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Working towards or willing to work towards CIPD
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a recruitment or in an HR related role
