Wilson Nesbitt is seeking to recruit a Receptionist for a full-time position in our Bangor office. The ideal candidate will be a positive and enthusiastic individual who is keen to work in a busy office environment providing support to our clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with clients and other stakeholders that visit our office
  • Operating the switchboard and relaying messages
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing administration support for various departments within the firm
  • Assisting with the efficient running of the office
  • Preparing meeting rooms for client consultations
  • Ordering and distributing stationary

Key Skills & Desirable Experience

  • ‘A’ levels or third level degree education or equivalent 
  • Previous office experience is desirable but not essential (Starting salary will reflect applicant experience)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office and IT Systems
  • Team player but capable of working independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisation
  • Reliable and conscientious approach to work
  • Enthusiastic, keen and proactive
  • Meticulous and diligent.
  • Hours    35-37.5 hours​​​​​​​
