Receptionist/Host

Are you a welcoming and committed individual who would play the part in delivering an unrivalled customer experience?

The ideal person will have / be:

• At least 1 years' experience in a customer service environment
• A smart professional appearance and courteous manner
• Good presentation skills i.e., a well-presented and fully completed application form
• The ability to cope under pressure, managing large call volumes at peak times

And if possible, but not essential have:

• ​​​​​​​Experience of hospitality work
• Previous switchboard experience
