Support Worker – RASP
RASP is based on the principles of Active Support and aims to promote independence and improvements in overall well- being. The purpose of this project will be to employ an enabling approach to support older people to regain the skills and confidence they may have lost as a result of poor health or because of having spent a period in hospital or residential care.
RASP will also work to prevent admissions to hospital where the clinical need can be managed at home.
What you need to know:
- Location: Belfast (North & East)
- Salary: £11.60ph
- Contract: Full Time & Part time hours – 12 – 35 hours per week (additional hours available)
- Shift Times: Monday – Sunday (days, evenings & weekends up to 11pm)
