GRADE:  TL3

JOB PURPOSE:
To assist the Senior Project Manager in the strategic delivery of an effective regional based Major Adaptations Programme designing, managing and co-ordinating the delivery of Major Adaptations onsite in line with Occupational Therapists recommendations, in line with our visions and values.

REQUIREMENTS:   
1. i) Candidates must have a degree or equivalent Level 6* qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline (degree in Architecture preferred), plus 1 year’s relevant experience** working within a Building/Construction Function
OR
ii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5* qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline plus 2 years’ relevant experience** working within a Building/Construction function
OR
iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and at least 3 years’ relevant experience** working within a Building/Construction function

**Relevant experience is deemed as experience designing solutions and preparing working drawings to meet client requirements within a Building/Construction function
