£33,000 to £41,000 per annum

37.5 per week (part time hours may be considered at 30 hours or above)

Hybrid working – office locations Somerton House (Belfast) / Horizon House (Newtownabbey), and home

The People & OD Business Partner is a HR professional assigned to and ‘embedded’ within a specific business area in NI Hospice, working closely with Directors and Heads of Service to support their strategy and workforce plans.

He/she will have responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of a range of HR services. He/she will have an autonomous and broad generalist remit but will be specifically responsible for adding value to the organisation through the provision of effective people strategies, plans and interventions.
