People & Organisational Development Administrator
The Role
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the POD team, in relation to all aspects of the POD functions in line with policies and procedures. This will include various aspects of recruitment and selection, employee relations, organisational development, reporting and general administration.

£20,749 to £24,313 per annum

37.5 hours per week
Contract:
Permanent, Full Time
It is expected the successful candidate will commence at the lower end of the salary scale.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent, and at least 1 year’s experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role within the last 5 years
OR
Extensive experience (minimum of 2 years) working within a busy People and OD (HR) Department in a similar role within the last 5 years. - Significant experience using Microsoft Office packages and databases for record keeping, monitoring and reporting purposes.
- Accurate data entry skills to ensure data integrity and quality of the People and OD data.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable communication skills (oral and written).
- Pro-active and supportive team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Flexibility with working hours to meet service needs.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working in a POD environment.
- HR qualification.
- Experience using information management systems, in particular HR/People systems
