Nursery Assistant

We are expanding our team!  Are you fun, creative and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a new enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our Clearly Kids in Lisburn. You will work 36 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

In your new role you will be responsible for looking after daily needs of the children in the nursery. Your duties will include feeding, planning activities, changing, and other duties as directed by your Manager. You will support your team to develop and implement play programmes and maintain daily reports and observation records.  

Desirable Criteria

• NVQ level 3 in childcare (or be working towards this)
• CACHE diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a day nursery or childcare setting.

If you think that you would be perfect for this role but don’t have any childcare qualifications or previous experience in childcare, don’t worry!

We provide full training and support, we are very eager to encourage individuals to begin their childcare career with us and we are very supportive of our staff who want to study their childcare qualifications alongside working with us.
