The NIAO wishes to appoint a Non-Executive Director for our Advisory Board to work closely with the Comptroller and Auditor General, the Chair and the current team of Non-Executive Directors.
Ideally, you will have effective and successful strategic leadership experience in a senior executive or board role e.g. CEO, Board Member or Senior Management Team in an organisation of comparable scale and complexity.
You will have a passion for good governance in the public sector, as well as strong influencing, communication and change management skills. Your approach will focus on working in partnership and providing positive advice and challenge. It is anticipated the post will require a time commitment in the region of one day per month.
Remuneration is £500 per day. More information on the role and the criteria can be found in the Role Profile. It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Monday 24 April 2023.
