Ulster Rugby are currently inviting applications for the post of Marketing Manager. This exciting role will involve developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive fan engagement and ticket sales, plus deliver marketing assets and campaign activations for commercial partners.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a marketing or equivalent field and have a minimum of 5 years’ practical marketing experience. In addition, they will have a proven track record of delivery in a marketing role, demonstratable experience in developing and delivering engaging marketing strategies and experience of campaign management and creation of outstanding digital content. They should also have experience of working with commercial partners and an understanding of the benefits of how to maximise commercial activation. Experience of managing relationships with external agencies is also required.
It is essential that they have the ability to be occasionally flexible with working hours outside of the standard office hours, have access to a form of transport that will permit the post holder to meet the requirements of the post in full, and be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate should also be available for occasional travel, which may include travel outside of the United Kingdom.
The post is being offered on a permanent contract, dependent upon the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
