Laboratory Quality Administrator

Randox Health California is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Quality Administrator with exceptional communication and organisational skills, to be based in the Randox Health team in Santa Monica. This key role will support our lab based, Reporting and Operations teams providing a high quality, wide ranging administrative support function.

Duties will include:

• Provide administrative support to our multiple teams
• Manage bookings
• Communication by phone and email to clients and customers
• Raising and processing Purchase Requisitions in-line with the company policy
• Stock control within the lab
• Keeping our Quality Management System (Q-Pulse) updated with the most recent version of our SOPs
• Assist in the monitoring of customer queries and trending of outcome of the query.
• Attending department quality and technical review meetings, taking minutes, and keeping notes.

The Candidate:

Passionate about our company ethos, you’ll have previous administrative experience from answering queries via email and telephone to booking appointments and managing calendars. This is a busy, hands-on, quality-focused role, so you'll need to be enthusiastic and proactive with a positive approach as well as being able to prioritise a busy workload.

Desirable:

• Experience in private/healthcare sector.
• Clinical or Laboratory Admin experience
• Regular compliance experience.
