The L2 Network Support Lead, will be responsible for leading highly skilled and dedicated support teams managing Telefónica Tech platforms and customer networks. The team lead will ensure the ongoing operation of service to customers by the team, ensuring that service is operated within agreed service levels, and in alignment to agreed policies, processes and standards. The role will be key to ensuring the definition and delivery of value to clients and internal stakeholders.
