L & D Manager
The role of Learning & Development Manager is a Group position supporting colleagues across UK&I.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will work closely with the wider HR teams and other key stakeholders to drive and embed a culture of learning and continuous professional development across the business. You will also have the opportunity to lead and/or be integral to a variety of large-scale projects such as reviewing our existing L&D capability and working with the HRD to develop an appropriate L&D strategy and implementation plan.
