Mount Charles are seeking to employ a Kitchen Porter to work on our Cafre Greenmount Campus. 

Working Pattern:

  • 26  hours per week.
  • Monday – Thursday (Between 08:00am- 18:30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a high level of operational hygiene in all kitchen areas
  • Carrying out cleaning duties as outlined in the cleaning schedule
  • Carry out daily/weekly cleaning checklists
  • Cleaning pots, pans and general kitchen equipment as required and ensuring correct storage
  • Dealing with stock rotation and deliveries
  • Emptying of bins
  • Thorough deep cleaning of kitchen as required including equipment and storage areas
  • Complying with all  company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety and personal requirements
