We’re now recruiting for an Internal Support Engineer to join our busy team based in Wisborough Green, West Sussex & London. The main focus of this role is to provide support for the use of key business applications. The role can be varied and covers a wide range of technologies so the candidate must be able to adapt to changes in responsibilities and duties as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide support for the use of key business applications. • Handle incoming calls from users. • Operate a helpdesk system responding to problems quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner. • Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange. • Build, service and troubleshoot laptops and desktops. • Ensure systems are kept up-to-date and maintained in line with best practice. • Co-ordination with 3rd party vendors to support systems. • To follow and aid in the development and deployment of ISO processes and software solutions in line with business strategy and the priority set by management. • Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies and where appropriate participate in projects relating to supported applications and new systems for the business. • Occasional out of hours work may be required as and when necessary.
