Inside Sales Manager
Reporting to the Sales Leader of Commercial & Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Manager will focus on fostering and developing a high performing inside sales culture, leading the team to drive cross sell and new logo lead generation, and account management for Tier 3 clients.
Working with colleagues in Marketing, Alliances, Product Management, Sales Enablement & Operations and the Sales Leaders, you will execute against the prospecting plan for each industry vertical or technology pillar Go-To-Market area.
The Inside Sales Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Telefonica Tech Sales Academy, including the assessment and development of core sales skills and capabilities of the team. You will have a strong coach / mentor mindset to ensure individuals demonstrate continuous growth. The ability to understand and interpret sales figures and a thorough understanding of sales process is key to success.
