Job Title: Head of Finance and Corporate Services

Location: Ulster Supported Employment Ltd (Usel), 182 – 188 Cambrai Street, Belfast BT13 3JH

Salary: £51,707 to £58,127 per annum (applicants are normally appointed at the bottom of the scale)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsible to: CEO

Objective: To work strategically as part of the Senior Leadership Team and support Usel achieving its corporate plan. This role will be responsible for overseeing key functional areas including Finance, HR, Procurement and Governance. Additionally, the Head of Business Support will serve as the company secretary, contributing to the strategic and operational development of the organisation.
