Facilities Co-ordinator (PO1) (Fixed Term for 2 years)

The Facilities Co-ordinator will support the Facilities Manager in the delivery of a ‘fit for purpose’ estate in line with the facilities strategy that ensures compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and supports the effective and efficient delivery of the Facilities function. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with relevant experience within a Facilities/Estates management role. 

There is currently one fixed term post avaliable, for the duration of two years (subject to review).​​​​​​​  A reserve list will be created for 12 months should any additional permanent or fixed term vacancies arise (offers of posts will be made in merit order).
 
NIFRS is willing to consider secondments to fill the current fixed term post or any fixed term posts that arise during the reserve list period.
