We wish to recruit a Deputy Manager to work with the Nursery Manager in Clearly Kids, Bangor. You will hold the main responsibility of supporting and leading staff with day to day functions and responsibilities within the rooms. You will further assist in planning staff rotas, liaison with parents and external agencies, maintaining nursery standards and will deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence.
Hours of work will be 36 hours per week, across 4 days.
Essential Criteria:
- Hold (or be working towards) QCF level 5 Diploma in Child care, Learning and Development and/ or BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies.
- Extensive experience within a childcare setting.
- Ability to lead a team.
- People management skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with external contacts, parents, and children.
