Essential
- 2 years’ experience of successfully working in and delivering customer service at a management level
- Demonstrate experience of driving improvement and implementing change
- Previous experience of handling customer issues/managing customer expectations
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Experience of working in a premium brand within the motor industry.
