​​​​​The ideal person will have/be:

  • 2 years’ experience of successfully working in and delivering customer service at a management level
  • Demonstrate experience of driving improvement and implementing change
  • Previous experience of handling customer issues/managing customer expectations


  • Previous experience working in a retail environment
  • Experience of working in a premium brand within the motor industry.
