Cloud Solution Architect
The Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) is a Channel/Customer facing role, responsible for building relationships within the channel’s technical and business stakeholders, developing requirements, strategizing, scoping, and overseeing work. The CSA works closely with the channel manager and will provide Cloud (Azure/AWS) related technical presales. Post-sales, the CSA will act as the subject matter expert providing technical guidance and oversight, ensuring the quality and integrity of the proposed solution during delivery. The CSA will be aligned to Telefónica Tech channel accounts to drive the technical cloud solutions for these customers. When projects are approved by the customer, the CSA will be actively involved in supervising the project delivery for major accounts, acting in a lead and advisory role to other project team members. The CSA will work strategically with the wider presales team with the ultimate aim of generating and increasing recurring Azure-based revenue. This will also include identifying market opportunities and working with strategy and architecture to form new products and services.
