Clinical Administrator – (Job Ref: 23N/CLAD)

Randox Health is currently looking to recruit an Administrator with exceptional communication and organisational skills, to be based in the Randox Health team at our Ardmore office in Crumlin, County Antrim.  Reporting to the Head of Operations, this key role will support our largely out-posted teams providing a high quality, wide ranging administrative support function facilitating effective use of corporate systems.

The Candidate:

Passionate about our company ethos, you’ll have previous administrative experience from answering queries via email and telephone to booking appointments and managing calendars. This is a busy, hands-on role, so you'll need to be enthusiastic and proactive with a positive approach as well as being able to prioritise a busy workload.

You'll be an excellent communicator and planner, with the ability to organise and manage a varied and busy workload. Flexible, positive and a problem solver, you'll also be discreet and able to manage confidential information.

The role will also involve data inputting, scanning, filing and other general administrative duties.
 

Essential:

  • The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
  • Tenacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional level of IT literacy.
  • Flexibility with working hours, as required by business.
  • Problem solving.

Desirable:

  • The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in private/healthcare sector.
  • Regular compliance experience.
