CLEANING/MAINTENANCEOPERATIVE
Location – Meadows Shopping Centre, Portadown
Hours of work – 20 hours per week
Days & times of work – Rota basis
Hourly rate – £9.50 per hour
The Centre currently has a vacancy for an experienced Cleaning/Maintenance Operative
We need someone with a positive attitude, a customer focussed approach and a can do spirit.
The main purpose of the role for is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours
- Dealing with spillages
- Emptying waste bins
- Servicing entrance and exits
- Maintaining designated external areas
- Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery
- Occasional use of strimmers and sweeping equipment
- Operation of balers & compactors
