Administrator – Dungloe Ireland- (Job Ref: 22/PURA)

Randox Teoranta is currently looking to recruit an Administrator in our SCM Purchasing Department with exceptional communication and organisational skills, to be based in our site in Dungloe co. Donegal.

The Purchasing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team, some specific duties will include:

  • Emailing, answering phones, filing and scanning.
  • Assisting Supplier Quality with Database and Supplier Corrective Actions.
  • Purchasing duties including checking delivery notes against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Pricing purchase requisitions.
  • Liaising with the Manufacturing and Store Departments.

Professionalism will be key in this role with the successful applicant dealing with internal and external stakeholders. This will be a fast-paced position which will offer the successful applicant excellent experience and other opportunities.

Essential criteria

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Full Microsoft package experience

Desirable:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • GCSE Math and English grade C of above (or equivalent)
