Business Support Officer, Victims & Survivors Service (Belfast)

The Victims and Survivors Service (VSS) supports victims and survivors of the Troubles/ conflict, survivors of Historical Institutional Abuse, and those impacted by Mother and Baby Institutions, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses.

Its vision is to improve the health and wellbeing of victims and survivors, and they work to achieve this vision through a trauma informed, victim-centred, and needs-led service delivery model. Victims & Survivors Service work with over 45 partner organisations in the community and voluntary sector to deliver a range of support and services in the community, including psychological therapies, complementary therapies, welfare support, social support and more.

Key elements of the role of the Business Support Officer include providing Chief Executive Officer support, senior management and board support, facilitating meetings, correspondence, personal development, performance and professionalism.
